Statistical Quality Control Software for Apparel Manufacturing is addressed by Byte with (CIA) Controlled Inspection and Audit its apparel quality control software module.
Are you are troubled by apparel quality management issues that you just can't seem to nail down? Are you positive you know where your defects originate? Which operator, what machine, which operation is the culprit? If you are capturing this information, are your quality auditors bogged down in paperwork instead of inspecting garments? Byte's Apparel Statistical Quality Control Software product, Controlled Inspection & Audit (CIA), can help you with these challenges.
CIA is Standalone or as an add-on software package to PAC, the apparel piecework payroll software module. The CIA system utilizes inexpensive android tablets with wireless technology to provide a real-time solution that helps significantly reduce the administrative time spent documenting quality problems on the sewing floor. Byte has the only apparel manufacturing software package that integrates statistical apparel quality control with piecework payroll and shop floor control.
An additional "quality" bar-code is printed on the existing bundle tickets in the batch version. Quality auditors carry a hand held tablet that is used to scan the bundle number and operation numbers that are being audited. The sample size is displayed from an AQL table but the auditor keys an override if required, the defect code, and the quantity by defect. The employee number is instantly attached with the Real-Time Option and may be keyed in or updated when coupons are processed in the Batch Version. This information is instantly stored in BYTE's database on the server and can be used in reports, graphs, and feedback to the floor.
There are a number of statistical quality control reports that can be generated by the system. Pareto charts by employee, by defect type, by style, by sew line, and by skill are available. Also available are P-charts, bar charts, pie charts and x-Bar/R charts. Immediately know your problem areas and solve those problems to virtually eliminate sewn-in defects. Find defects today or tomorrow, not two to three weeks from now. Need a specific report that you are used to? We can customize reports to fit your requirements.
The entire Apparel Software Suite has been installed throughout the Apparel Manufacturing Industry worldwide.
