POWERFUL AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS

An additional "quality" bar-code is printed on the existing bundle tickets. Quality auditors carry a hand held scanner that is used to scan the bundle number and operation numbers that are being audited. The auditor keys in the sample size, the defect code, the quantity by defect, and the employee number. This information is instantly stored in BYTE's database on the server and can be used in reports, graphs, and feedback to the floor.

There are a number of statistical quality control reports that can be generated by the system. Pareto charts by employee, by defect type, by style, by sew line, and by skill are available. Also available are P-charts, bar charts, pie charts and x-Bar/R charts.
