FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATIONS

PAC is available in various configurations to blend with the way you manufacture:


• PAC is the stand-alone or network version of PAC and is primarily installed when cutting and sewing are housed under the same roof.
• Central Cutting is an option used when you have one cutting facility that cuts for more than one sewing facilities. All cuts will be created centrally and routed to the individual sewing facilities. Each of the external sewing facilities will have their own BYTE database and will receive the cut data from the cutting facility.
• Receive Cuts is one of the options used at the external sewing facilities, in conjunction with Central Cutting, to receive the cut data from the cutting facility. This option allows the creation of cuts in this system as well.
• Remote Sewing is one of the options used at the external sewing facilities, in conjunction with Central Cutting, to receive the cut data from the cutting facility. This option scales the system down and does not allow the creation of cuts. Cuts can enter the system from the cutting facility only.
• Statistical Quality Control CIA is an option or add on product that integrates apparel quality control with PAC

POWERFUL AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS

PAC provides numerous functions to help you increase the efficiency and accuracy of your entire operation:


• Rate, style, and cut management. The system gives the user the ability to maintain separate rate, style, and cut files. Separate files mean easier rate updating at all levels.
• Scan bar-coded bundle tickets. Scan employee clock numbers, On-standard coupons, pay formulas, and department changes. Scan between 3,500 and 7,000 coupons per hour!
• Create Source-to-Gross Payroll. Calculates all efficiencies, earned and off standard pay, overtime and attendance.
