POWERFUL AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS
Raw Material Inventory Control (RIC) is available as a manual key-entry inventory system or wireless remote scanning module, which streamlines the warehouse functions using Byte's Personal Device Launcher (PDL).

STREAMLINED MANAGEMENT
Inventory items are established in the system, which then are assigned to individual Bill of Materials. Mass updates to the Bill of Material are possible through our item update routine. The system maintains quantity and location of all rolls and trim in stock, even in multiple warehouses and bin locations.
Cut orders are entered with color and size breakdowns. Cut Pick Tickets or bar-coded Pull Sheets are created with material requirements for each cut order.
Raw Material Inventory Control (RIC) maintains an up-to-the-minute inventory position. If receiving dates or cut order requirements change, re-run your time-phased inventory position to monitor negative or below minimum inventory positions.
