Apparel and Sewn Goods Industries are not without the need to gather and maintain information on its employees and accounting. BYTE has
integrated a Human Resource solution with our other Supply Chain and Business Model Solutions to enable our clients to automatically
record specific employee information and records.
Through the use of integrating biometric clocks into the Time and Attendance (TAS) Solution, employee records are updated and verified
that each employee clocking into a facility are eligible and in the right department or work station. Recording employee productivity
levels for new-hires or for employees transitioning into new departments is crucial for training needs and for measuring expected
performance levels. This reportable information in the BYTE Solution helps our clients in cutting labor costs and learning curves.
Employee records are maintained with pertinent work history, training, conversation, promotions, job title, termination and contact
information. BYTE also offers it clients a separate solution for executive information. This solution breaks apart the executive and
salaried personnel information, keeping it confidential and restrictive to only authorized personnel.
